“南核+北核”影响下的京津晋冀鲁豫城市群一体化问题分析

The Beijing-Tianjin-Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Area Integration Problem Analysis Under the Influence of“South Core + North Core”Urban Agglomeration

京津晋冀鲁豫地域上紧密联系,该区域应该以京津为"双核"整合在一起发展,为此需要构建"太原—济南"和"保定—郑州"两条主城市链,在南北、东西两个方向上形成"十"字形的城市空间构架。除了构建主城市链外,还需要构建多条辅城市链,将京津晋冀鲁豫区域内不同等级的城市整合在一起。在京津晋冀鲁豫一体化进程中,京津和郑州将会分别发展成为"北核"和"南核",以"太原—阳泉—石家庄—衡水—德州—济南"一线为"公共边",在区域内形成"京太济"三角形和"正太济"三角形。石家庄在"北京—郑州"链上居于中点位置,由于石家庄距离京津、郑州的距离较远,石家庄南北两侧需要发展次级节点城市,才能够以石家庄为中心构建"京石链""郑石链",在石家庄北侧保定扮演节点城市的角色,石家庄以南需要发展"邢台—邯郸"城市组团。

In addition to build the main city chain, several auxiliary urban chain should also be built, in this way different grade cities can be integrated together in Beijing-Tianjin-Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan area. In the integration procession of Beijing-Tianjin- Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan area, Beijing-Tianjin and Zhengzhou will respectively developing into “north core” and “south core” “Taiyuan-Yangquan-Shijiazhuang-Hengshui-Dezhou-Jinan”, as the public side, two triangles called “Jin-Tai-Ji”triangleand“Zheng-Tai- Ji” triangle. Shijiazhuang is located in neutral position of Beijing-Zhengzhou chain, because the distance from Shijiazhuang to Beijing and from Shijiazhuang to Zhengzhou is too long, in the north area of Shijiazhuang and in the south area of Shijiazhuang should develop secondary node city, “Jing-Shi-Chain” and “Zheng-Shi-Chain” can be developed and the two chains can be linked together in this way, Baoiding,which is located in the north of Shijiazhuang, can play the node city role between Beijing and Shijiazhuang. “Handan-Xingtai” urban group must be developed between Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou.
