摘要
书院是中国古代特有的教育组织形式,从唐代产生到清代终结,对我国学术文化的发展、人才的培养曾起过推动作用。古代河北书院有延请名师教学的传统;而招生对象则由最初的宽松随意转变为有资格水平与地域范围的要求;书院的师生关系融洽,形成师生平等、教学相长,学术自由、注重研讨的特点。这些办学优秀传统可以为当今学校教学活动有效性的提升,尤其是师生关系的塑造提供借鉴。
The academy is a unique educational organization in the form of ancient China, which has played a catalytic role on Chinese academic and cultural development, and personnel training from the Tang Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. Ancient Hebei Academy had the tradition of hiring teachers, while imtial enrollment target expanded from easing to qualified random level requirements.Academy formed harmonious teacher-student relationship,which had features such as equality between teachers and students,teachingbenefits teachers as well as students, academic freedom, research-oriented. The educational tradition of excellence provide reference for teaching and learning activities to enhance the effectiveness of today ' s schools, especially in shaping the relationship between teachers and students.
