"现代学徒制"人才培养模式下,教育环境、教育内容、教育方式、教育主客体等方面的变化,迫切需要推进思想政治教育改革。从目前来看,在思想政治教育中还存在教学体系不完善、教育管理缺乏创新和教师队伍不健全以及素质有待提高等问题,应从教学、管理和师资队伍建设三个方面构建"现代学徒制"背景下的思想政治教育育人模式。

Under the talents training mode of ＂modern apprenticeship＂, as the change of the environment, the content, the mode and the subject and object of education, we urgently need to promote reform on the ideological and political education. At present, there are many problems on it, for example, the education system is not perfect; the management of education is lack of innovation; teachers＇ team is not sound and the quality of teachers needs to be improved etc. In order to effectively build the talents training mode of ＂modern apprenticeship＂, I think we can do it from the management, teaching and the teaching staff construction.
