摘要
对包头医学院临床、护理、医学检验、麻醉、影像、口腔各年级600名学生进行问卷调查,结果显示:不同性别的医学生对医患关系的认识不存在差异;不同专业和年级的医学生对医患关系的认识存在显著差异;对医患关系的认识程度不同,医学生的职业认同水平存在显著差异;不同医患关系认识程度的医学生对其职业认同有影响,在职业意志和职业价值观维度,不同医患关系认识程度的医学生得分存在显著性差异,其它维度及总分差异不显著.结论:医患关系对医学生职业认同存在影响;要引导医学生理性认识我国医患关系的现状,增强医学生从医信念.
According to a survey of 600 students from various majors,such as clinical, nursing, medical examination ,anesthesia, medical imaging and stomatology, we have observed some conclusions : Students of different genders had the different cognition about doctor - patient relationship. Students from different majors and grades also had different understanding toward doctor - patient relationship. With the different cognitive degrees about this relationship ,there would be apparent differences of the medical students' career identity. Different cognitive degrees would have great effect on their career identity. Thus,the students with different cognitive levels received different scores on career trend and career value dimension, and other dimensions and scores do not have clear differences. Above all, doctor - patient relationship will definitely have influence upon medical students' career identity. We should lead them to rationally understand the present situation in order to strengthen their belief to be doctors.
