摘要
长拳是我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,它具有深厚的传统文化底蕴和较高的审美性和艺术性.在武术文化走向世界的进程中,大学生理应成为展现"国粹"的先行者,然而在培养高素质优秀人才的高校,长拳教学还存在着诸多问题,体现在教学方法、学情分析等方面.文章从高校长拳教学的实际出发,就存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的策略.
