摘要
高校内部权力运行的制约与监督是对权力正常运行的支持与保障,对权力偏离轨道的防范与纠正。从多学科的研究视角出发,可以更为深刻地认识高校权力属性和权力内在制约原理,为高校内部权力运行制约与监督模式的构建提供理论支持。伦理学对人类本性的研究,经济学、政治学、法学对权力特质的研究,为高校内部权力运行制约与监督的必要性和可行性提供了逻辑论证基础。政治学、法学、社会学、公共管理学从本学科研究视域出发,所提出的权力运行制约与监督的一般制约模式,为高校内部权力运行制约与监督机制的构建提供了实践借鉴意义。
The purpose of power restriction and supervision is to protect the normal operation of power, and to prevent and correct power abuse. Multidisciplinary perspectives can deepen our understanding of the power restriction mechanism in institutions of higher learning in China and can provide theoretical support for internal power restriction and supervision mode construction. From perspectives of ethics in the study of human nature, economics, politics and law research on power characteristics, the study provides a logical argument based on these disciplines. Politics, law, sociology and public administration each provide a separate restriction model that has practical significance to institutions of higher learning.
