摘要
产生高速极窄脉冲电路的核心是高速开关器件。本文设计一种使用可编程逻辑器件来产生窄脉冲的仿真电路,为制作窄脉冲电路奠定基础。使用可编程逻辑器件不涉及模拟电路,易于集成,控制方便,成本低廉。通过EDA(Electronic Design Automation)仿真显示本文中的方法可产生脉宽1.0ns、幅值1.3V的窄脉冲信号。
High speed switching device is the core of high speed very narrow pulse circuit. In this paper, we design a simulation circuit usingprogrammable logic device to generate a narrow pulse, which is the basis of making a narrow pulse circuit. The use of programmable logicdevices does not involve analog circuits, easy integration, easy control, low cost. By EDA (Design Automation Electronic) simulation showsthat this method can produce pulse width 1.3V, amplitude 1.0ns of the narrow pulse signal.
