放射性125I粒子植入术联合内分泌疗法治疗前列腺癌的疗效评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨放射性125I粒子植入术联合内分泌疗法治疗前列腺癌的疗效评价.方法晚期前列腺癌患者42例,治疗组32 例,采用经直肠B超引导下经直肠植入125I放射粒子并同时口服比卡鲁胺内分泌治疗.对照组10例施行口服比卡鲁胺内分泌.结果随访14-82个月,中位随访时间36.5个月.治疗组平均植入粒子（38±15）粒.无因经直肠穿刺引起的严重并发症.结论125I放射粒子植入术联合内分泌治疗对各期前列腺癌均有明显的治疗作用,采用经直肠放射性是一种安全有效的前列腺癌综合治疗方法.
