腹部手术病人疼痛护理满意度现状及影响因素研究

目的探究腹部手术病人疼痛护理满意度现状及相关影响因素.方法对 72 例腹部手术患者进行问卷调查,对其疼痛状况、疼痛信念、疼痛护理满意度进行评估,并对各指标之间的相关性以及相关影响因素进行分析.结果本组 72 例腹部手术患者,平均整体疼痛护理满意度评分为（3.7±0.3）分,表明其对疼痛护理满意度现状基本满意.统计分析显示,腹部手术患者疼痛护理满意度与性别、婚姻状况、药物止痛后处置方式和非药物止痛处置方式均无关联（P〉0.05）;与年龄、文化程度和手术经验有关（P〈0.05）;其中,疼痛护理满意度与患者年龄和疼痛信念呈正相关,与手术经验和最痛疼痛程度呈负相关.结论 腹部手术患者疼痛护理满意度受多种因素影响,通过提升护理水平,主动为患者提供疼痛知识教育,可进一步缓解患者疼痛程度,提高护理满意度.

ObjectiveTo explore the status quo and related influencing factors of pain nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing abdominal operation.Methods72 cases of abdominal operation were investigated by questionnaire,the pain,pain belief,pain nursing satisfaction were evaluated,and the correlation between the indicators and related factors were analyzed.Resultsin this group,72 cases of abdominal surgery patients,the average overall pain nursing satisfaction score was（3.7＋0.3）points,which showed that the satisfaction of pain nursing satisfaction is basically satisfied.Statistical analysis showed that abdominal surgery patients pain nursing satisfaction with sex,marital status,drug pain after disposal mode and non drug pain disposal methods had no correlation（P〉0.05）;with age,level of education and operation experience（P〈0.05）;among them,pain nursing satisfaction and patient age and pain beliefs were positively correlated,and surgical experience and the most pain pain degree was negatively correlated.Conclusionin patients undergoing abdominal surgery pain nursing satisfaction by the influence of various factors,by raising the level of care and active for patients to provide knowledge of pain education can be further ease the pain degree of patients,improve nursing satisfaction.
