心脏彩超对高血压性心脏病的临床分析

目的分析心脏彩色超声检查对高血压性心脏病伴有左心力衰竭患者的多项参数相关性.方法选取我院高血压心脏病（左心室肥厚及左心力衰竭）患者50例为实验组,健康正常人30例为对照组,分析心脏彩超的相关指标及NYHA心功能分级,并进行统计学处理.结果心脏彩超的主要指标在实验组和对照组间明显不同（P〈0.01）,心脏彩超指标与心功能分级在高血压心脏病患者中的相关性分析,二者之间存在显著的正相关（P〈0.01）.结论心脏彩超来诊断高血压心脏病（高血压合并左室肥厚）同时合并有左心力衰竭的严重程度是合理的,心脏彩超可以作为常规检查来评价患者心功能状态.
