闭合复位外侧3枚克氏针内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折Gartland Ⅲ型骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨闭合复位外侧三枚克氏针内固定术（CRPP）在儿童肱骨髁上骨折Gartland Ⅲ型骨折（1）的疗效及相关影响因素.方法回顾分析 2013 年 7 月至 2015 年 1 月收治的儿童肱骨髁上骨折Gartland Ⅲ型骨折患儿37例 年龄在1岁8个月至12岁,男 22例 女 15 例 Gartland ⅢA 型 25 例,ⅢB 型 12 例;结果按照 Flynn临床功能评定标准 （2）优35例;良2例;优良率100%;结论闭合复位克氏针内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折Gartland Ⅲ型骨折,固定可靠,术后肘关节功能恢复满意,无一例有肘内翻、肘关节僵硬、骨化性肌炎、volkmann挛缩.
