摘要
目的研究分析后路手术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折临床治疗效果.方法选取我院收治的 80例胸腰段骨折的患者,按先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各 40例,对照组予以后路内固定非植骨融合治疗,观察组予以后路内固定融合术,对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果观察组患者的神经功能改善情况和对照组患者相比,无显著性差异(P〉0.05),无统计学意义.两组患者在治疗前,其椎体前缘压缩率、VAS 评分以及Cobb角无显著性差异(P〉0.05),无统计学意义;经治疗后,观察组患者在椎体前缘压缩率、VAS 评分以及Cobb角和手术情况等方面均明显的优于对照组,两组间具有显著性差异,P〈0.05,经统计学分析,具有统计学意义.结论对脊柱胸腰段骨折的患者应用后路手术进行治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的生活质量,具有良好的恢复情况,在临床治疗中具有重要意义,值得推广及应用.
objectiveto study the analysis of the thoracic lumbar spine fractures treated by posterior surgery clinical therapeutic effect. Methodsselect our hospital 80 cases of patients with thoracic lumbar fractures, according to the order divided into control group and observation group and control group, 40 cases in the control group treatment for posterior internal fixation of bone graft fusion, observation group arthrodesis posterior internal fixation, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Resultsobservation group of patients with neurological improvement compared with the control group patients, there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), no statistical significance. Two groups of patients before treatment, the fanterior margin compression ratio, VAS score and Cobb Angle there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), no statistical significance; After treatment, the observation group of patients in fanterior margin compression ratio, VAS score and the Cobb Angle and operation conditions were significantly better than that in control group, with significant difference between the two groups, P 〈 0.05, after statistics analysis, statistically significant. Conclusionof thoracic lumbar spine fractures treated with posterior approach in patients, can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, reduce the patients pain and improve the patient’s quality of life, has a good recovery, it is of great significance in the clinical treatment, is worth popularization and application.
