川崎病并发冠脉病变患儿血清ANF,NPY和cTnI检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of changes of serum ANF,NPY and cTnI levels in pediatricpatients with Kawasaki diseases complicated with Coronaryartery Disorder

摘要 目的探讨了川崎病并发冠脉病变患儿血清ANF,NPY和cTnI水平的变化及临床意义.方法应用放射免疫分析法和生化法对 32 例川崎病并发冠脉病变患儿进行了血清ANF,NPY和cTnI水平测定,并与35名正常健康人做比较.结果川崎病并发冠脉病变患儿血清 ANF,NPY和cTnI水平均显著地高于正常儿组(P〈0.01),且血清ANF水平与NPY和cTnI水平呈显著正相关(r=0.4826,0.5123.P〈0.01).结论检测川崎病患儿并发冠脉病变血清ANF,NPY和cTnI水平的变化对疾病的发生发展及预后判定均有重要的临床价值. Objective ToexploretheclinicalsignificanceofchangesofserumANF,NPYandcTnIlevelsinpediatricpatientswithKawasakidiseasescomplicatedwithCoronaryarteryDisorder.Methods SerumANF,NPY(withRIA)andserumcTnI(withBiochemisty)levelsweremeasuredin32patientswithKawasakidiseasescomplicatedwithcoronaryarterydisorderand35controls.Results TheserumANF,N PYandcTnIlevelsweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseincontrols(P〈0.01),andtheserumlevelofANFlevelswerepositivelycorrelatedwithserumNPYandcTnIlevels(r=0.4826,0.5123,P〈0.01).Conclusion thedet ectionofserumANF,NPYandcTnIlevelswerecloselyrelatedtothediseasesprocessandpossessimportantlinicalwalues.
