血络康足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效评价

Evaluation of curative effect of Xieluo Kang foot bath in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨血络康足浴辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果.方法选取我院 2015 年 2 月-2016 年2 月期间就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变患者 120例,随机分成两组.所有患者入院后制定科学的饮食和运动方案,应用口服药或胰岛素控制血糖,对照组每天使用温水泡足一次,试验组患者每天使用血络康泡足一次,参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》分为显效、有效和无效三个等级.结果两组患者的血糖控制均良好,周围神经病变分级结果用统计学处理,得出两组的总有效率,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论将血络康足浴应用于辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可以减轻改善患者的麻木疼痛感,治疗效果明显优于单独使用西药治疗.

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Xueyukang foot bath as an adjunctive therapy on diabetic peripheral neuritis. Method120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given the diabetes diet and reasonable treatment of oral drug or insulin to control the blood glucose. Patients of control group were treated by warm water, while treatment group patients were treated with Xueyukang foot bath. The total clinical efficiency were observed and evaluated according to the Standard of diagnosis and curative effect of TCM Syndrome. ResultAfter treatment, both groups’s blood glucose were under control. The grading results of peripheral nerve lesions were analyzed statistically, and showed significant difference（P 〈0.05）. ConclusionUsing Xueyukang foot bath on diabetic peripheral neuritis can relieve the sense of pain and numbness, and the effect is significantly better than only using western medicine for the treatment.
