西格列汀联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察

目的观察西格列汀联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的临床疗效.方法将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取西格列汀联合二甲双胍;对照组采取诺和灵30R;观察治疗后2组的相关指标变化及低血糖发生率.结果两组治疗后 FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、FC-P 优于治疗前（P〈0.05）;两组间比较治疗后血糖等各项指标的变化（P〉0.05）,但治疗组FC-P优于对照组（P〈0.05）,低血糖发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍能有效的控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖,改善其胰岛功能,并且低血糖发生率低.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of combination of metformin and pioglitazone in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods80 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group take sitagliptin and Metformin; Novolin 30R was used in control group, were observed after treatment in group 2 and indexes associated hypoglycemia incidence. Resultsafter treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, fc-p better than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）; between the two groups after the treatment of blood glucose and other indicators of change （P 〉 0.05）, but the treatment fc-p group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）, hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusioncombination of metformin and metformin can effectively control blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, improve the islet function, and low incidence of hypoglycemia.
