摘要
目的为了提高医生工作中的幸福感.方法对我院部分医生进行问卷调查,针对发现的导致医生工作中幸福感缺乏的原因进行改善,改善后再次进行相关调查,最终得出结果.结果优化流程前有高达88.2%的医生认为自己的工作幸福感欠缺,感觉幸福感欠缺的人中有89.6%的医生认为工作琐碎经常被打断致使工作节奏被破坏,有75%的医生认为自己工作时间长,平均下班后加班0.75小时.优化工作流程后幸福感提升至50%,经常被打断的比率由76.3%下降至22.4%,平均加班时间缩短为0.5小时.结论通过优化工作流程确实可以提高医生工作中的幸福感.
ObjectiveTo improve subjective well-being of doctors on job. MethodsFirstly, part of doctors in Mianyang central hospital were investigated on subjective well-being in work. The doctors were investigated on again after the problems that led to lack of happiness had been solved. ResultsBefore working procedure was optimized, up to 88.2% of doctors believed their happiness lacked on jobs. 89.6% of doctors who felt lack of happiness deemed their work pace was disturbed by trivial matters frequently. 75% of doctors thought they paid too much time on work after 5 pm. The average was three quarters an hour. After optimizing the working procedure, the percentage of doctors felt happiness went up to 50%,meanwhile,percentage of doctors who were often been disturbed by trivial matters fell to 22.4% from 76.3%.The average overtime shortened to half an hour. ConclusionSubjective well-being of doctors in work can be improved by optimizing the working procedure.
