品管圈活动在降低化疗性静脉炎中的应用管理

目的探讨品管圈在降低留置针化疗性静脉炎中的应用管理.方法自主成立品管圈,经圈员头脑风暴,最终确定“降低化疗性静脉炎”为活动主题,对活动前化疗性静脉炎发生原因进行分析,制定并落实改进措施.结果QCC 活动后,化疗性静脉炎发生率由活动前的64%降至5%（P〈0.05）.结论品管圈活动可有效降低化疗性静脉炎的发生率,降低患者经济费用,提高患者生活质量,改善患者住院体验.同时,最大限度地提高了护士的工作效率及满意度.

Objectiveto study the quality control circle in reducing the iv chemotherapy application management sex phlebitis. Methodsset up quality management circle, the circle part of brainstorming, determine the ”reduce chemotherapy phlebitis” as the theme, the activity before chemotherapy sexual phlebitis occurring reasons were analyzed, and the formulation and implementation of improvement measures. Resultsafter the QCC activity, chemotherapy phlebitis rate fell to 5% from 64% before the activity （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis, chemotherapy patients with lower economic costs, improve the patients quality of life, improve patients experience in hospital. At the same time, maximizing the nurses work efficiency and satisfaction.
