子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的围手术期护理分析

目的探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期综合护理干预应用效果.方法选取 2015 年 9月 ~2016年2 月我院收治子宫肌瘤合并高血压手术患者 62 例为研究对象,采用抛硬币方法随机分为研究组和对照组,分别于围手术期采用综合护理干预和常规护理,比较两组患者术前平均动脉压（MAP）、不良情绪及护理满意度.结果研究组患者术前MAP 及焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.研究组患者护理满意度（96.78%）显著高于对照组（74.19%）,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期采用综合护理干预可保障患者术前血压水平稳定,减轻患者不良情绪,提高患者护理满意度.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension. Methodsin February 2015 September 2016 in our hospital from uterine myoma operation on hypertensive patients with 62 cases as the research object, the coin toss method were randomly divided into study group and control group, respectively, in peri operation period of the comprehensive nursing intervention and usual care. Compared between the two groups of patients with preoperative mean arterial pressure （map）, bad mood and nursing satisfaction. Resultsthe scores of MAP and anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The study group patients nursing satisfaction （96.78%） was significantly higher than the control group （74.19%）, the comparison was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusionperioperative nursing intervention can ensure the stability of blood pressure, reduce the bad mood and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension.
