循证护理在溃疡性结肠炎伴焦虑患者的应用与意义分析

目的探索循证护理在溃疡性结肠炎伴焦虑患者的应用与临床效果.方法选取我院在 2010 年 4月至 2015 年4 月期间收治的 100例溃疡性结肠炎伴焦虑患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各有50例患者,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,对比两组患者护理后的焦虑评分.结果观察组溃疡性结肠炎患者的焦虑评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论循证护理在溃疡性结肠炎伴焦虑患者中效果显著.

ObjectiveTo explore the evidence-based nursing in patients with ulcerative colitis with anxiety in the application and clinical effect.MethodsOur hospital in April 2010 to April 2015 admitted during the period of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis associated with anxiety, divided into observation group and control group,each group has 50 patients,control group using conventional care, observation group USES the evidence-based nursing,anxiety score after compared two groups of patient care. ResultsThe scores of anxiety in the observation group of patients with ulcerative colitis is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionEvidence-based nursing in patients with ulcerative colitis associated with anxiety.
