血脂升高精神分裂症患者换用国产齐拉西酮治疗8周的临床研究

目的探讨体重指数、甘油三酯和胆固醇异常的精神分裂症患者换用齐拉西酮治疗后体重指数及甘油三酯、胆固醇的变化情况.方法将 102例病情稳定、体重指数及甘油三酯、胆固醇异常的精神分裂症患者换用齐拉西酮治疗.结果换用齐拉西酮后,患者病情保持稳定. 结论对于抗精神病药物导致体重指数、甘油三酯和胆固醇异常的患者换用齐拉西酮治疗,既可保持患者病情稳定,又可降低患者体重和血脂水平.

Objectiveto assess the relationship between body mass index and abnormal triglyceride and cholesterol of mental division patients change with the changes of BMI and triglyceride and cholesterol after treated with ziprasidone. Methods102 cases of stable disease, body mass index （BMI） and triglyceride, cholesterol abnormalities spirit split patients for treatment with ziprasidone. Resultsfor patients with stable disease after ziprasidone. Conclusionfor antipsychotic drugs lead to Abnormal BMI, triglyceride and cholesterol in patients with ziprasidone in the treatment, can keep patients in stable condition, and can be reduced in patients with body weight and serum lipid levels.
