生理性海水鼻腔冲洗治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究生理性海水鼻腔冲洗治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果.方法120名6-14岁慢性鼻窦炎患儿随机分成两组,对照组给予药物治疗,实验组给予药物治疗 ＋生理性海水鼻腔冲洗,对比两组临床疗效.结果联合使用生理性海水鼻腔冲洗在治疗疗效和症状改善方面均显著优于单纯的药物治疗.结论联合使用生理性海水鼻腔冲洗 ,有利于儿童慢性鼻窦炎的治疗.它不仅能缩短药物治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗程,还能巩固疗效,是慢性鼻窦炎的重要补充疗法.
