摘要
目的探讨养荣胶囊预防放置宫内节育器后异常子宫出血的临床疗效.方法选择2013年7月至2015年6月106例要求放置宫内节育器且符合手术要求的育龄妇女为研究对象,根据来院先后完成手术时间顺序随机分为观察组及对照组各53例.两组妇女均给予放置宫内节育器,对照组口服头孢呋辛酯片,观察组联合服用头孢呋辛酯片和妇科养荣胶囊.比较两组临床疗效、治疗相关指标、不良反应.结果临床疗效:观察组总有效率96.23%明显高于对照组84.91%(X2=3.975,P〈0.05);治疗相关指标:观察组月经出血量评分、月经持续时间明显低于对照组,血红蛋白含量明显高于对照组(t=2.184~5.145,P〈0.05);不良反应:两组药物不良反应比较无统计学意义(X2=0.232~1.382,P〉0.05);观察组经间不规则出血、经量增多、经期延长发生率均明显低于对照组(X2=3.975~4.970,P〈0.05).结论妇科养荣胶囊有助于减少放置宫内节育器术后月经出血量及月经持续时间,改善机体内环境,降低宫内节育器不良反应,提高治疗效果.
objectiveTo stuyd effects of Fukeyangrong capsule on prevention of abnormal uterine bleeding aftre IUD insertion. Methods106 cases women with IUD insertion from July 2013 to June 2015 were divided into observation group and control group. control group given clindamycini hydrochloridum capsules, observation group given Fukeyangrong capsule combined with clindamycini hydrochloridum capsules combination with clindamycin hydrochloride capsules. clinical curative effect, treatment related indicators, adverse reactions were compared between two groups. ResultClinical curative effect: observation group total effective rate 96.23% was significantly higher than the control group 84.91% (X2=3.975, P〈0.05); Treatment related indicators: observation group menstrual blood loss score, menstrual duration were significantly lower than the control group, hemoglobin content were significantly higher than the control group (t=2.184~5.145, P〈0.05); Adverse reactions: there were no statistical differences of adverse drug reaction between two groups(X2=0.232~1.382, P〉0.05), Observation group irregular bleeding, menstrual amount increase, menstrual extension were significantly lower than the control group(X2=3.975~4.970, P〈0.05). ConclusionFukeyangrong capsule helps reduce blood loss and postoperative period duration, improve internal environment, reduce IUD adverse reactions, then improve therapy effect.
