风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用

目的探讨风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用效果分析.方法在本院中选取自 2012年3月至2013 年7月纳入的300例手术室患者,并随机分成观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者使用常规的护理管理方式,观察组患者在对照组的基础上重视风险意识管理,并回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料.结果通过对观察组和对照组的对比,观察组的患者的总满意度为98.6%,显然高于比对照组患者的总满意度66.6%,两组之间比较有差异,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.观察组患者的风险发生率为13.3%,显然低于对照组的 1.33%,两组之间有差异P〈0.05,两组之间有差异[1].结论强化在手术室护理管理中的风险意识,可以有效的降低手术室护理管理中的风险发生率,提升手术室的护理服务的效率和质量,提升患者对手术室护理服务的满意度.

objectiveto study the risk awareness in the operating room nursing management in the application effect is analyzed. Methodsin our hospital from March 2012 to July 2013 patients in 300 cases of the operating room, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group patients with routine nursing management mode, on the basis of the observation group of patients in the control group attaches great importance to the risk management consciousness, and the clinical data of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed.
