住院药房人工单剂量摆药对药房管理的影响研究

目的探析住院药房人工单剂量摆药对药房管理的影响效果.方法对我院实行单剂量摆药的口服品种、科室进行统计,并对比实施人工单剂量摆药前后临床科室所需工作人员与时间、患者准确服用药品比率以及满意度.结果实施前后的患者满意度、准确服用药品比率、工作时间以及工作人员对比差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论人工单剂量摆药虽然具有诸多优点,但是还存在一定的缺点,所以应该加强管理,优化操作流程,重视与病区之间的协作,从而提高摆药质量与效率.

Objective To study the effect of artificial single - dose dispensing on pharmacy management in hospital pharmacy. MethodsIn our hospital implementation of single dose oral varieties, Department statistics, and compare the implementation of artificial single dose placed before and after the administration of clinical departments required staff with time, with accurate taking drug ratio and the degree of satisfaction. ResultsBefore and after the implementation of patient satisfaction, accurate drug use ratio, working time and staff were significantly different （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe artificial single dose dispensing, although has many advantages, but there are still some shortcomings, so should strengthen management, optimize the operation process, pay attention to the collaboration between the ward and, in order to improve the drug quality and efficiency.
