椎体成形治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折

目的研究经皮椎体成形治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果.方法选取我院 2014 年 1 月～ 2015 年 12 月收治的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折80例为研究对象,根据患者的治疗方法,将其分为对照组与观察组两组,对照组采用保守治疗方法进行治疗,观察组采用经皮椎体成形术对其进行治疗,研究分析两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果相对于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的 VAS评分与ODI 评分显著要低（P〈0.05）.结论经皮椎体成形治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果显著,在临床上值得广泛推广.

Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebral compression in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methodsselected in our hospital in January 2014 to 2015 December senile osteoporosis osteoporosis in lumbar compression fracture in 80 cases as the research object, according to the method of treating a patient, divided into control group and observation group, control group were treated by conservative treatment, the observation group using the percutaneous vertebral plasty in the treatment, research and analysis of the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients.Resultscompared with the control group, patients in observation group after the vas and ODI scores significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusionspercutaneous vertebral forming in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture clinical curative effect is remarkable, in the clinical worth widely.
