摘要
目的本文就内科护理沟通中存在的问题和对策进行分析与探讨.方法选择我院内科2015年4月-2015年10月期间收治的1068例患者,对其发放护理满意度调查问卷,分析内科护理沟通中存在的问题.结果内科护理沟通中存在的问题主要包括后勤服务跟不上、医疗费用偏高、医疗保险报账告知不到位、护理操作技能欠规范等.结论针对我院内科护理沟通中存在的问题,提出并实施相应的解决对策,可提高我院内科的护理质量,改善护患关系,减少护患纠纷.
Objectiveinthispaper,theproblemsexistingintheinternalmedicinenursingcommunicationandcountermeasureswereanalyzedanddiscussed.MethodsourhospitalmedicalinApril2015,inOctober2015,210patientsadmittedduringtheperiodoftheissueofnursingsatisfactionquestionnaire,analyzingtheproblemsexistingintheinternalmedicinenursingcommunication.Resultstheproblemsexistingintheinternalmedicinenursingcommunicationmainlyincludepoornursingserviceattitude,highmedicalcosts,thelackoflegalknowledgeandnursingskillsisnotstandard,etc.Conclusionaccordingtoourinternalmedicinenursingproblemsexistinginthecommunication,andimplementationofthecorrespondingsolutioncountermeasure,toimprovethequalityofourmedicalcare,improvetherelationshipbetweennursesandpatients,reducethedisputeofnursesandpatients.
