中西医结合护理对胆结石手术患者情绪及生活质量的

目的探析中西医结合护理对胆结石手术患者情绪及生活质量的影响.方法选取行胆结石手术患者228 例分为对照组和观察组,对照组运用传统手术护理方法实施护理操作,观察组选用中西医结合护理方案给予护理操作.结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论针对胆结石手术患者,对其选用中西医结合护理方案,可以实现其生活质量的提升.

ObjectiveEffect of Integrative Care for mood and quality of life in patients with gallstones surgery. MethodsBank gallstone surgery were 228 cases were divided into control group and observation group and control group using the traditional method of surgical care nursing, the observation group selected Integrative care programs administered care operations. Results The indicators are better than the control group, the differences were significant （P 〈0.05）. ConclusionFor patients with gallstone surgery, their choice of Integrative care regimen can improve their quality of life.
