Description of SNCR Denitration Technology and Equipment

阐述了SNCR烟气脱硝的概念、基本原理与工艺流程,并对氨水法脱硝技术及设备进行了介绍,主要对脱硝系统的各单元设备进行了综述。分别介绍了氨水加注单元、氨水存储单元、氨水输送泵撬、软水存储及输送单元、计量混合与喷射单元以及控制系统的详细配置,包括各单元内部的各种设备以及热控仪表、阀门组件、系统运行时的工艺流程。对热控仪表与设备之间的逻辑控制顺序给予说明,同时对控制系统的PLC与中控室DCS之间的通讯方式与协议进行阐述,介绍了氨水法脱硝系统在运行时应采取的安全措施。

This paper expounds the concept,basic principle and technological process of SNCR flue gas denitration,introduces ammonia denitration technology and equipment and reviews the main units of denitration system equip-ment.Detailed configurations of ammonia charging unit,ammonia storage unit,ammonia pump lever,soft water storage and transportation unit,mixing and injection unit of measurement and control system were described,including internal units of various equipment and thermal control instrument,valve components and operation process.The logic control order between thermal control meters and equipment was given,communication mode and protocol between the PLC of control system and DCS of central control room were described and security measures during the operation of ammonia deni-tration system was presented.
