摘要
采用SCY-1型建筑材料烟密度测定仪,按照GB/T 8627-2007的方法测定丙纶地毯燃烧过程中烟密度的变化。为了考察水及S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂对材料产烟量的影响,把丙纶地毯用水及S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂浸泡后,做了对比试验。结果表明,浸水后的材料开始产烟的时间延迟,浸了S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂的材料开始产烟的时间提前。水及S-100-AB-DW水系灭火剂都会使最大烟密度和总产烟量增大,但后者影响更显著。
The smoke density of PP carpet in combustion process were measured by SCY-1 building smoke density tester according to GB/T 8627-2007 method. Smoke densities of PP carpet were compared after adding water and S-100-AB-DW water-based extinguish agent respectively. Results show that, smoke emerging starting time has been prolonged for materials soaked in water, while it has been shortened for materials soaked in S-100-AB-DW water-based extinguish agent. The total smoke productions and smoke density ratings(SDR) all increased for both and these two parameters increased significantly for PP carpet soaked in S-100-AB-DW water-based extinguish agent.
