摘要
针对手机镜片图像采集时光照不均导致图像细节难以辨认的现象,以及手机镜片图像背景单一的特征,提出了一种基于同态滤波和背景减除法的手机镜片表面缺陷检测算法。实验结果表明,该算法能够准确地识别出手机镜片表面缺陷,并且能准确地对缺陷进行分类。
Aiming at the phenomenon that image detail is difficult to identify which is caused by uneven illumination when mobile phone lens image is acquired,and the characteristic that the image background of mobile phone lens is simple,a surface defect detection algorithm based on homomorphic filtering and background subtraction is introduced.Experimental results show that the algorithm can identify and classify the defects accurately.
