雷达装备技术等级鉴定评判是装备技术状态和质量管理的重要组成部分和关键环节,能否科学、准确地评判装备的技术等级,对提高装备技术状态的管理水平,正确使用和科学地维护保养装备有着重要意义。论文在介绍前人大型装备技术等级鉴定策略的基础上,结合军、民用的装备在此领域的先进做法,分析了雷达装备技术等级的鉴定方法、流程及其特点,重点考虑了存在的问题,并提出新的可能发展方向。

Radar equipment technical level assessment evaluation is an important part and key links of equipment technical status and quality management. Scientific and accurate judge of the technical level of the equipment has important significance to improve the management level of equipment technology state, use and maintain equipment correctly and scientifically. This paper introduces the previous large-scale equipment technical grade appraisal strategy, on the basis of the combination of military and civilian equipment in the field of advanced practice, analyzes the technical level of radar equipment identification methods, process and its characteristics, mainly considering the existing problems, and puts forward the new development direction.
