摘要
为了在火箭炮装调中快捷测量操瞄精度、管间平行度等特性,设计了一种基于全站仪的火箭炮自动操瞄精度检测装置。利用全站仪测量原理建立了火箭炮精度测量的空间解算模型,在预先标定火箭炮管上两十字贴标记点的前提下,给出了精度检测、管间平行度检测方法及流程,并设计了相应的软件。试用结果表明,装置检测精度控制在1mil内,操作快捷,提高了检测速度。此设计为火箭炮操瞄精度检测提供了一种简明实用的解决方案,满足了精度快速检测的要求。
In order to test aiming precision and parallelism quickly, an automatical aiming precision detection device for rocket launcher was developed based on total station apparatus. Firstly, space calculating models were built to test the rocket launcher' s precision, then the ways and procedures were proposed to test the aiming precision and parallelism and relevant software was designed. It is turned out that the device detection accuracy is controlled within 1 mil and operation and test are also improved. This provides a concise and practical solution for rocket launcher * s aiming precision testing
