摘要
为提高悬丝支承摆式加速度计在工程应用上的可靠性,对其进行可靠性强化试验研究,结合该类加速度计的FMEA和FTA分析,设计了基于常规试验设备的单应力和综合应力作用下的试验剖面,阐述了摸清该类加速度计极限应力的试验方法,通过试验验证,找出了该类加速度计的工作极限,从而为型号设计和改进工作提供了依据,也为评价同类惯性器件的可靠性水平提供了参考。
For improving reliability of a type of pendulous accelerometer in engineering application, its reliability enhancement test (RET) was required. According to analysis results of FMEA and FTA, different stress profiles based on conventional test equipment were designed ,and methods of exploring ultimate stress of the pendulous accelerometer were expounded. Validated by RET, the operating limits were found, laying foundation for the pendulous accelerometer ' s further design and improvement, it also provided reference for evaluating reliability level of the same type of inertial device.
