摘要
结合龙岩市某商业住宅小区的工程地质条件,选用了高置换率灌注桩复合地基处理方案,并对钻孔灌注桩完工后的地基承载力及桩身完整性进行了检测,指出该方案达到了提高地基承载力、减少地基沉降的效果。
Combining with engineering geology conditions of the commercial residential community of Longyan city,the paper selects composite foundation treatment scheme of bored pile with high replacement ratio,and detects the foundation bearing capacity and pile integrity after the completion of bored pile,and finally points out that: the above-mentioned scheme achieves the effects of improving foundation bearing capacity and reducing foundation settlement.
