以某地下车库为例谈BIM技术在住宅项目中的应用

Discussion on the application of BIM technology in residential project take an underground garage as an example

以某地下车库作为BIM实施的试点项目,采用Revit,Naviswork,BIM5D等软件对项目精细化管理进行了探索,结果表明:采用Revit,Naviswork软件,可对项目模型进行碰撞检查、漫游浏览、施工模拟等,具有缩短施工工期、节约施工成本等优点;采用BIM5D对项目进行管理,具有控制材料用量、宏观把控项目进展等优点。

This project use the software to the project such as Revit,Naviswork,BIM5 D explores the fine management. The underground garage as pilot project of BIM implementation in this paper,the results show that： using the Revit,Naviswork software,the program can be collision check and roaming browsing,construction simulate etc.. It＇s also can be shorten the construction period and save the construction cost. Using the BIM5 D for the project management can be control the amount of materials,also can be control the progress of the program.
