摘要
吊舱推进器兼具推进和操纵功能,通过模型试验研究了某拖式吊舱推进器在±30°舵角范围内敞水工况下的水动力性能。通过三分力天平和吊舱动力仪测量了吊舱推进器单元的轴向力、侧向力、转舵力矩以及螺旋桨的推力、扭矩,分析了吊舱推进器水动力性能随舵角和进速系数变化的趋势,研究结果表明,舵角对吊舱推进器所受力和力矩的影响较复杂,且受螺旋桨的旋转方向影响明显,所得研究结论对吊舱推进器的设计及其在营运中的操作方式具有指导意义。
The functions of propulsion and maneuverability are incorporated in the podded propulsor. The paper presents experimental studies on hydrodynamic characteristic of the puller podded propulsor with static azimuthing angle within the interval from -30° to +30°and in open water condition. Axial force, side force, and steering moment of the podded unit together with the thrust and torque of the propeller are measured with a podded dynamometer and a three-component balance respectively. Hydrodynamic performances of the podded propulsor with variations of azimuthing angles and advance coefficients are presented. It is indicated that the force and moment are complicated functions of azimuthing angle and rotation direction of the propeller. These results will be helpful for design of podded propulsor and operation of the vessel equipped with podded propulsor.
