摘要
采用微波法合成了蝴蝶型超细CeO2颗粒.通过XRD、SEM对样品的晶型结构、形貌进行了表征,用XPS对样品进行了元素分析,并结合XRD和TG测试结果推导了反应的合成机理.结果表明:合成的颗粒呈蝴蝶型,颗粒大小在10-20μm,具有高纯相的萤石结构.EIS和UV测试对材料的阻抗与紫外吸收性能表明合成的颗粒具有较小的电化学阻抗和较好的紫外吸收性能.
In this paper, butterfly-shape CeO2 particles were synthesized by microwave method. The crystal structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively. The elemental composition of the particles was analyzed by XPS. Combined with the results of XRD and TG test, the synthetic mechanism of reaction was also proposed. The results indicated that the as-prepared powder was butterfly-shape with highly pure fluorite crystal structure. The particle size was about 10 -20 jjim. The impedance of the material and ultraviolet absorption properties were tested by EIS and UV. The as-prepared particles showed little electrochemical impedance but superior ultraviolet absorption properties.
