摘要
为研究傣族药物傣百解的化学成分,运用现代分离技术对其进行了分离纯化,并用波谱技术鉴定了其结构.结果表明:从该植物中分离得到6个化合物,其中1个为生物碱类化合物,4个脂肪酸类化合物,1个单糖化合物,分别为N-羧基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基-吡咯(1),苹果酸二丁酯(2),3-丙氧基丙酸丁酯(3),3-乙氧基丙酸丁酯(4),甲基莽草酸(5),乙基-β-D-吡喃木糖(6).以上化合物均为首次从傣百解中分离得到.
To study the chemical constituents of Marsdenia tenacissima (Daibaijie) , modern extraction techniques were used to isolate the constituents, and their structures were identified on the basis of ^1H NMR and ^13 C NMR technology. The results indicated that 6 compounds were isolated and identified as one pyrrolidine alkaloids,one monosaccharide and four aliphatic acids. They are N-carboxyl-2-hydroxy-4-pyrrole(l) ; butanedioic acid ,2-hydroxy-1 ,4-dibutylester(2) ;propanoic acid ,3-propoxy-butyl ester(3) ; propanoic acid,3-ethoxy-butyl ester(4) ; methyl shikimate(5) ; ethyl-β-D-xylopyranoside (6). All these compounds were isolated from M. tenacissima for the first time.
