摘要
目的:探讨机体疲劳后老子按摩法和Hatha瑜伽体位法这两种传统养生功法对身体放松效应的异同.方法:将36名在校硕士研究生,按自愿原则随机平均分为三组.实验组(na=12,nb=12)在控制下进行为期8周的锻炼,空白组(nc=12)不进行生活习惯的干预,维持日常活动即可.通过生理、生化、心理指标测试,探讨老子按摩法、Hatha瑜伽体位法和自行恢复法三种方式,在机体达到疲劳程度后所产生的放松效应差异.结果:统计分析表明,老子按摩法对运动后血乳酸BLA代谢有着更为显著的效果(p<0.01);Hatha瑜伽体位法对缓解精神紧张和神经系统疲劳有着更为显著效果(p<0.01).结论:老子按摩法和Hatha瑜伽体位法在放松身心、促进机体疲劳恢复上有着一致性.两种放松训练法虽都是以小强度的身体活动方式为主,但老子按摩法表现出更为全面的放松效应,适宜在大众运动领域推广.
Objective To study the similarities and differences of the relaxing effect after sport fatigue between Laozi massage and Hatha Yoga Asanas, furthermore,to explain from mechanism. Methods: Dividing 36 students into three groups randomly, Group A and Group B were experimental groups. Group A practiced Laozi massage, Group B practiced Hatha Yoga Asanas, and Group C was the matched group. The experimental groups experienced eight weeks' training, and we studied the differences of relaxing effect after fatigue among Laozi massage, Hatha Yoga Asanas and self-healing method. Results: Using repeated measure ANOVA, Laozi massage had remarkable effect to promote blood lactic acid metabolism after exercise (p 〈 0. 01 ) ; Hatha Yoga Asanas was more effective on nervous relief and neural fatigue (p 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions : Laozi massage and Hatha Yoga Asanas have consistency on relaxing and promoting recovery. However, Laozi massage has more comprehensive relaxing effect, and it is proposed to popularize in mass movement.
