摘要
在世界遗产保护领域,社区作为遗产价值传承和保护管理体系中核心参与者的角色日益得到认同;同时,中国文化遗产保护管理实践中也已经有了对"社区"关注的探讨和尝试。本文试从201 5年7月份德国波恩第39届世界遗产大会上通过的"世界遗产与可持续发展策略草案",及世界遗产保护状况和申报审议环节的一些案例中体现的"社区"角色,探讨其对中国的启示。
The role of local community as the inheritor of heritage value and key-participator in conservation and management system is well admitted in the world heritage conservation,such phenomenon is also witnessed in nowadays cultural heritage conservation practice in China.In this paper,some local community relevant cases as well as the World Heritage and Sustainable Development Draft Policy is analyzed as inspiration for China＇s exploration on this topic.
