"十三五"时期是我国全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,全面建成小康社会最艰巨、最繁重的任务在农村,中国要强,农业必须强,中国要美丽,农村必须美丽,中国要富,农民必须富。因此,"三农"工作做得怎么样,对于能否如期实现全面小康具有重要的战略地位。要做好"十三五"期间"三农"工作必须找到抓手,那就是必须加快农业现代化的进程,加快推进新农村建设,千方百计增加农民的收入。

The “thirteenth five - year” period is the stage determining the victory of building a moderately well- off society in our country. The heaviest task of completing the building of a moderately well - off society is inthe countryside. For China to be strong,the agriculture of China must be strong;for China to be beautiful,the ruralareas must be beautiful; and for China to be rich,the farmers must be rich. Therefore,the work of agriculture,farmer and rural areas plays a strategic role in completing the building of a moderately well - off society. To dowell the work of agriculture, farmer and rural areas in the thirteen five - year period, we must quicken the modernizationof agriculture, accelerate the building of new countryside and try out best to increase fanners5 income.
