新形势下如何调动和提升党员干部工作积极性——基于陕西省实证研究

How to Enhance the Working Activity of Party Member Cadres under the New Situation: an Empirical Study of Shaanxi Province

党要管党,从严治党给党员干部工作积极性带来了新变化,也使现阶段党员干部工作积极性呈现出了新特点,面临了一些新问题。目前党员干部工作积极性总体良好。尽管个体认识存在差异,但总的认为全面从严治党利于开展工作。调查数据显示,主观上的认知、情感、意志力和客观上的能力、高效工作机制以及完善的制度保障与工作积极性紧密相关。提高工作积极性应从价值体系培养、党员队伍建设、综合配套机制形成以及完善制度着手。

The strengthening of party discipline brings new changes,new characteristics and some new problems to the working activity of party member cadres. At present,most party member cadres are working with a high activity. Though some differences in individual cognitions,most of them think the strengthening of party discipline is helpful for carrying out work. As shown by survey data,subjective cognition,affection and will as well as objective ability,efficient working mechanism and perfect institutional guarantee are closely related to party member cadres' working activity. To improve their working activity,we should work hard in cultivation of value,building of party member team,forming of coordinating mechanisms,and perfection of institutions.
