摘要
新时期劳模精神的基本内涵是"爱岗敬业、争创一流,艰苦奋斗、勇于创新,淡泊名利、甘于奉献"。工人阶级是实现中国梦的主力军,劳动是实现中国梦的必由路径,这需要发挥劳模的带头作用和感召力。新时期劳动模范通常也自觉把"爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"作为基本行为准则,他们的先进思想和模范事迹生动诠释了社会主义核心价值观。
In the new period,the basic connotation of the labor model spirit is'love of one's post,respect to the work,hard work for excellence,courage for innovation,indifference to fame and wealth,and dedication'. The working class is the main force for realizing the China Dream,and labor is the necessary path for realizing the China Dream. It needs to play the role of labor models. In the new period,the labor models usually take 'love of one's country,respect to work,integrity and kindness'as the basic behavioral criteria. Their thoughts and stories have vividly interpreted the socialist core values.
