干部教育培训改革策略分析——以江西省为例

An Analysis of the Reform Strategy for Cadre Education and Training: A Case Study of Jiangxi Province

通过党校体系专门教育培训干部,是我们党的一大政治优势。党校的教育培训还存在主业主课不突出、教育培训内容与现实结合不够紧密、管理偏宽学风待纠、基层党校薄弱保障不够等问题。江西干部教育培训工作应做到"两个加强"、"两个补齐",即从加强主业主课和学风建设、补齐师资队伍和基层党校基础设施等方面推进干部教育培训。

Educating and training cadres through the system of party schools is a great political advantage of our Party. At present there exist problems in the running of party schools,such as inadequate emphasis on majors,loose combination of training contents with the reality,weak management and bad atmosphere of learning,and weakness in grassroots party schools. In Jiangxi,we should strengthen the majors and main courses and the learning atmosphere,and supplement the faculty and the infrastructure for grassroots party schools,so as to improve the cadre education and training.
