通过对原有的2台100 t角环压机的实际操作,在使用不同湿纸坯层数、不同的额定压力等试制条件下得到了角环的各项物理指标,以及角环紧度与角环压机额定压力曲线,并详细的研究与分析了在各种不同的额定压力下,总结出了角环压机所加压力与角环紧度的关系。从而为以后的生产和我公司的年产4 500 t超高压、特高压绝缘产品湿法、干法成型生产线项目的设备选型打下坚实的基础。
