摘要
介绍两种基于Kubelka-Munk定律,程序相对简便的造纸涂料光学遮盖性的测试方法,并阐述了测试方法的光学理论依据。根据Kubelka-Munk定律,涂料的散射系数 S(scattering coefficient)和吸收系数K (absorption coefficient)被测定用来评定涂料的遮盖性。概述了涂料光学遮盖性的影响因素,如涂料本身的配方及性质、涂布工艺、原纸、涂布纸的后期整饰加工等,并对如何改善造纸涂料的这一特性提出了建议。
The article has introduced two easy-relatively methods which based on Kubelka-Munk theory to test hiding power of paper coating, explained the optical principle of the methods. According to Kubelka-Munk theory, S value (scattering coefficient) and K value (absorption coefficient) are measured to evaluate hiding power of paper coating. The article has also reviewed the influencing factors of hiding power, such as coating formulation and properties of coating components, coating process, base paper, the late finishing process, etc., as well as proposed how to hnprove this property of paper coating.
