旋挖钻机在多瑙河水中的成孔技术特点

摘要 泽蒙—博尔察大桥是我国建筑企业在多瑙河流域建设的第一座桥梁工程,桥位处地质条件复杂、施工条件差、环保要求高。考虑功效和成本,本项目未采用当地传统全护筒进行钻孔施工,而通过各项技术攻关,首次成功将深水钻孔平台、泥浆护壁配合旋挖成孔应用到多瑙河流域,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,并为我国企业在多瑙河流域施工提供了宝贵的施工技术经验。 Being the first bridge across the Danube River built by Chinese contractor,the ZemunBorca Bridge site has complex geological conditions and poor construction conditions with high environmental protection requirements.Considering the efficacy and cost,this project didn′t use local traditional full casing drilling construction method,instead through kinds of technical research,deepwater drilling platform and slurry wall with hole rotary drilling have been adopted for the first time in Danube River,which has achieved favorable economic and social benefits,and provided valuable experience in construction technology for Chinese contractor implementing similar projects over Danube River.
