商业模式匹配跨界搜索战略对创新绩效的影响

Impact of the strategy of transboundary search for business model matching on enterprise innovation performance

商业模式关系到企业的成败及利润的高低,与其他战略的匹配有利于企业持续获得竞争优势。本文以123家企业为研究样本,采用多元回归技术检验了商业模式匹配跨界搜索战略对企业创新绩效的影响。实证结果表明,效率型商业模式匹配技术知识跨界搜索战略、新颖型商业模式匹配市场知识跨界搜索战略对创新绩效有积极地促进作用。同时,我们还发现,技术知识和市场知识分别积极调节效率型和新颖型商业模式对创新绩效的作用,进而促成匹配。

Business model is related to the success or failure of enterprises,and the matching between strategy and business model is beneficial to their sustainable competitive advantage. By use of an original data set of 123 firms in China,this study aims to examine the impacts of the strategy of transboundary search for business model matching on innovation performance. The results show that efficiency- centered business models matches with the strategy of transboundary search for technological knowledge,the novelty- centered business models matches with the strategy of transboundary search for market knowledge,and they can both enhance positively innovation performance. We also find that technological knowledge may actively moderate the innovation performance of the efficiency- centered business model while market knowledge may actively moderate the innovation performance of the novelty- centered business model,and both of them may promote the matching of business models.
