大脑中动脉指标预测妊娠期高血压疾病胎儿宫内缺氧的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨大脑中动脉预测妊娠期高血压疾病胎儿宫内缺氧的价值。方法:收集2015年1月至2015年12月我院诊断为妊娠期高血压的患者,设为研究组,共40例。选择同期我院身体健康的孕妇作为对照组,共80例。对比研究组和对照组大脑中动脉脐动脉阻力指数RI、搏动指数PI及胎儿脐动脉收缩压与舒张压的比值S/D值;比较两组孕妇分娩后新生儿缺氧情况。结果:研究组和对照组大脑中动脉RI、PI及S/D值存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组胎儿宫内缺氧发生率分别为15%、2.5%,出生后临床诊断新生儿缺氧的发生率分别为12.5%、1.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病与胎儿宫内缺氧密切相关,检测大脑中动脉RI、PI及S/D值对预测胎儿宫内缺氧有较高的价值。 Obj ective:To investigate the cerebral artery prediction of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy fetal hypoxia value. Methods:From January to December 2015 in our hospital diagnosed with gestational hypertension,defined as the study group,a total of 40 cases.Choose the same period in our hospital health of pregnant women as a control group,a total of 80 cases.Com-parison:The study group and the control group of middle cerebral artery RI,PI and S/D value.two groups of pregnant women neonatal hypoxia.Results:Arterial RI,the presence of the study group and the control group brain PI and S/D value of the difference,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);the study group and the control group,the incidence of fetal hypoxia were 15%,2.5%,after the birth of the clinical diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic incidence rates were 12.5%,1.25%,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The gestational hypertension is closely related to fetal hypoxia, detecting cerebral artery RI,PI and S/D value in predicting fetal hypoxia has a higher value.
