摘要澳大利亚学者戴维·基尔卡伦（David Kilcullen）所著《意外的游击战：反恐大战中的各类小型战争》一书是分析美国十年反恐僵局的一部力作。（1）该书认为,＂9·11＂之后,极端伊斯兰＂圣战者＂的全球叛乱呈现出＂意外的游击战＂的特征,以基地组织为代表的全球恐怖分子渗入各地叛乱势力之中,通过与之结盟,不断扩大势力范围。
